These terms govern the use of the website www.licitof.com. By browsing it or submitting the form, you accept these terms.

1. What LICITOF is

LICITOF provides company analysis, public-market studies, opportunity detection and evaluation, and support in preparing bids for public tenders. LICITOF is an independent company: it has no partnership or affiliation with the Public Procurement and Contracting Directorate (ChileCompra) or with Mercado Público, and it does not represent any buying agency.

2. No guarantee of award

The award of a tender is the sole decision of the buying agency, based on its tender terms and the evaluation of bids. LICITOF does not guarantee awards or results. Our work seeks to improve the quality of decisions and bids and to reduce avoidable errors.

3. Information on the site

The content of this site is for informational purposes. The platform screens, scores, figures and names shown in the examples are illustrative and do not correspond to real tenders, agencies or companies, unless expressly stated.

4. Sources and calculations

LICITOF's analyses are based mainly on official public information. When a data point is unavailable, contradictory or could not be verified, this is disclosed. Our own calculations are identified as such and are not presented as official data. The final decision to bid and the content of each bid are the responsibility of the bidding company.

5. Contracted services

The scope, timelines, deliverables and price of each service are agreed in writing with each client. Those agreements prevail over these terms to the extent they govern the matter.

6. Intellectual property

The LICITOF brand, the site design, and its text, graphics and animations belong to LICITOF or are used with authorization. Their reproduction is not permitted without prior written permission. Third-party trademarks and names mentioned belong to their respective owners.

7. Proper use

You may not use the site or its form to submit false information, malicious content or mass automated requests.

8. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.
