What we're often asked
Does LICITOF guarantee that I'll win a tender?
No. No company can legally guarantee an award. What we do is improve your chances: choosing better where to bid, meeting every requirement and submitting a complete, competitive bid.
Where does the information come from?
Mainly from Mercado Público, its official API, ChileCompra and its Open Data: listings, tender terms, annexes, evaluation reports, resolutions, bid comparison tables, purchase orders and contracts. When needed, we use other official sources, such as Chile's Internal Revenue Service (SII), the Comptroller General's Office or the Official Gazette. Every data point keeps its source and date of access.
Do I need to be registered on Mercado Público or in the Supplier Registry?
Not for the assessment or the market study. To bid, we review your status on Mercado Público and in the Supplier Registry with you, based on what each process requires, and tell you what's missing.
I've never bid on a tender. Is this for me?

What happens to my company's information?
It's confidential. It's used only to provide you with the service, kept separate from other clients' information and never published. You can review the details in our privacy policy.

No. LICITOF is an independent company that works with official public information. We do not represent ChileCompra or any buying agency.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope: a market study, an opportunity search, preparing a bid or full management. After an initial conversation, we'll send you a written proposal.
