Our robots do the repetitive work: searching, reading, cross-checking, normalizing and tracking deadlines. An analyst reviews every conclusion before it reaches your team. No recommendation goes out without explaining why.
Reads the tender terms and cites the source
Extracts dates, guarantees, annexes, requirements and evaluation criteria. Every data point is tagged with its document, page or section, and verification status.
Organizes purchase history
Classifies processes by type (supply only, with installation, full construction…) and normalizes units, always showing the formula used.
Monitors expirations and consistency
Tracks validity, versions and renewals, and cross-checks RUT, legal name, quantities and amounts across every document in the bid.
Builds the price on full cost
Adds up direct cost, transportation, guarantees, financing costs and contingencies, and tests it against the history in three scenarios.
Final human review, on record
A person validates the data, reviews the bid and records who approved what and when. Anything that couldn't be confirmed is flagged as requires manual verification.
